6. ITEMS AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE

Any ITEMS are the copyrighted work of the AUTHOR. The use of the ITEMS is governed by the terms of the SLA. By downloading, purchasing, installing, or using the ITEMS the USER agrees to enter into the SLA.

7. DATA PROTECTION

7.1 WEBSITE logs the USER’s IP address and type of browser used. This information is automatically recognized by the web server and is only used for security, system administration, and monitoring website traffic.

7.3 WEBSITE does not use website tracking or analytics systems.
7.4 WEBSITE keeps a hashed form of ITEMS buyers' email addresses, which is used only to access ITEMS updates. (A hashed form of an email address is a non-reversible cryptographic form like this: D01906351012C81/F25A896A).

AUTHOR accepts no liability for the accuracy and completeness of any information provided on the WEBSITE and the accuracy, completeness, quality, performance or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided on the WEBSITE is not guaranteed, and AUTHOR is neither responsible nor liable for any errors or omissions or any consequences, losses, or damages arising from its use.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and disputes concerning these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, the relationship between USER and AUTHOR or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Russian Federation.
